This year for the first time the traditional Festival by the Sea took place on the first Sunday of Medeltidsveckan. I saw only a few performances, because of a very tight time schedule the big events followed each other quite (maybe even too) rapidly. Of course Poeta Magica was there for a short performance. There was a small fireshow and Gutars Bågskyttar ended the event with fire arrows (Eldpilar). It is always a wonderful sight. Afterwards kids (and some adults as well) run into the water to fetch the arrows.
